Pretty sure those shackles where placed to restrain him..
Turns out.. they make some really good whips, huch..? x'D

He can spin them around like a canonball.. throw it forward
in the shape of a spear or strike the ground like with a crack!?
You don't wanna get to close.. but distance is also dangerous..
Plus he can occationally go for a charge attack with his horn..

Yeah this is gonna be a tricky fight.. BUT at least we don't
have to worry about any sort of small projectiles, right? :)
