The gatekeeper to all the Plus Disk content, Shadow Kasen is fairly simple though harder than you'd expect. You can read the Touhou Wiki for the full breakdown of her fight, but Kasen's fight can be tougher than you'd expect because Kasen's generic skills have lower delay and a tendency to target slots 3 and 4. I find that keeping her ATK debuffed to be the best strategy here. You can try to keep her SPD down too, but making sure her ATK is debuffed is the highest priority. If her ATK is at maximum debuffs, it'll take the sting out of her inevitable self-buffing move.

I also recommend tweaking your tanky / supporting characters to have more HP than DEF here. Kasen's ATK, especially at challenge level, seems way too high for anyone to tank using DEF (I tried a DEF-build, Guardian boosted Momiji. She barely survived one of Kasen's weaker attacks).
