Don't let the length of this video mislead you; this fight was on the easier side. Mamizou has several gimmicks, with the main one being that she'll switch her defenses whenever using Full Moon Pompokolin. Unfortunately for Mamizou, Kanako can target both types of defences (Kanako's first two spells target DEF and her last two spells target MND. Technically, Suwako can also target MND with her CLD AOE and targets DEF with the rest of her attacks, but unlike Kanako, who uses MAG for all her attacks, Suwako is split between boosting ATK or MAG for her skills).

...Not that I ended up actually making use of these different skills. Mad Dance and Iron Rings worked just fine. For reference, Suwako had about 60K ATK and Kanako had 47K MAG. Both had Transcendent as Sub-Class. I imagine between all my buffs, her debuffs, the persistent HVY affliction and all the passives (Earth Creation, Sky Creation, Moriya synergy etc.) the defence switching probably didn't matter at all.
