Colossus 3, 13, and 16 were the most annoying.

Colossus 3's head moves a little too much on the final vital point. Colossus 13 can be beaten in 2 passes otherwise you may not make the time since the time doesn't stop when the Colossus retreats into the sand.

Colossus 16 is annoying due to the time limit and the fact that his head moves way too much on the last part.

Doing this unlocks the Queen's Sword which does 1-hit kills on vital points. I'm doing a quick walk-through will all of the Hard Time Trial items unlocked and equipped and this makes the game extremely easy.
