I found this just yesterday! A little secret area hidden away above the island at #14's area. This is a perfect example of Team Ico's amazing game design, the player would never see this area, yet it exists! High above the island is a flat plain of clouds and beyond are the back of the cliffs Wander passes to enter Cenobia's arena.

You can see the tunnel that leads from the island lake towards the hidden city from this high vantage point, but by exploring further I found a small ledge with some bushes protruding from the cliff wall.

Why would they go to the trouble of putting this here?

Years ago when I was first using the flash arrows to blast Wander under the entrance to the cave I noticed some greenery high above in the distance but didn't get around to exploring it until now.

I think this is one of my favorite secret areas in the game, completely unknown until I found it, and impossible to see without hacking. Just goes to show that there are some areas that can only be glimpsed by cheating ; )
