A short video showing one of the unique features of the US version.

Phaedra is the only colossus that is completely solid before it is triggered. In the PAL/PS3 versions they removed all collision detection so this action couldn't happen anymore.

I always liked the fact that you could stand a long way away from this colossus and just shoot an arrow towards it and watch it come to life!

Some of the other colossi have solid parts - i.e. Valus & Argus' clubs, Gaius' arm band, Kuromori's tail etc., but only Phaedra is completely solid before you can trigger it.
