I downloaded these from IGN's Youtube channel page and stitched them all together in the order they occur in the game.

The original video size was 320 x 240p, I scaled it up to 640 x 480p so the quality is poor. Still you can see some unique differences in some parts like water in the Proto room and Yorda has some extra shrieks of fear when she is assaulted by the shadow creatures.

There is also some early video from a trade show which features Ico with much larger horns and the shadow creatures are missing parts of their bodies.
