By far the easiest one to do on Hard mode is #14 Cenobia! The beginning it the same routine of teasing Cenobia to knock down pillars to reach other pillars until you break off the armor. You have so much time to do it that you can afford to fall off a few times too. Just as long as you don't die from fall damage or being chain attacked of course. It's pretty simple from there as you just get on it's back from any of the many platforms you can climb on to, wait for it to slam it's head into it to stun itself then get off a bunch of stabs on it. If it starts rampaging around the field, jump off at nearest thing you can climb up, wait for it to slam it's head into it and repeat until it's dead.
