I was able to fix the bloom effects, thanks to a Dolphin fork made by TryTwo, that automatically corrects bloom effects for certain games. Huge shoutouts to them for developing that! It really should be merged to the main Dolphin version, I don't see any reason not to.
At the time I'm writing this, you can get the latest version here: https://github.com/TryTwo/dolphin/releases
You don't even need to change any emulator configuration, just extract that wherever you like and it will automatically apply anything it needs when you run the game.
