Here is the follow up to my speculation video from yesterday, folks! Today, we'll be able to see first hand what exactly the Flagellation ability is. This should give you all a pretty good idea of what to expect from it and also some of the weird quirks/bugs it has currently. xD I really do like the concept of it, though I'm hoping it will at least be a stronger single target option than the resident powerhouse of rogue abilities, Serrated Bone Spike.
