To fix the grey screen on Retail 1.09 head here
CUSA03173\dvdroot_ps4\param\drawparam
and find
m24_01_0000.gparambnd.dcx
rename to
m24_01_0000.gparambnd.dcx.bak
just this and leave everything else to remove the grey
