This level is very interesting, various and imaginative.

The beginning gives excellent sense of scale and feeling of exploring only a tiny fraction of a big world, thanks to vast distant landscapes with snowy mountains, plains and fortresses. Then there are lived-in caves. Each room looks unique, has interesting details: mountains and caves with vegetation on the walls and cliffs, water with stalagmites in it and fence around it, underground river, caverns with brick walls that blend in nicely.

Some flaws are noticed throughout the level. The uneven texel density issue, which happens at times due to part of blurry distant landscape sticked into part of sharp main geometry right in front of player's eyes. Some blurry distant hills are placed too close to playable area, which hurts immersion, trees and ruins with sharp textures are sticked into them, adding another instance of uneven texel density.

There are also places where it's possible to get out of the level through holes in geometry.

6:24 - candle flames dissappear if you get close to them.

6:51 - this thing can be dropped down by cutting the rope - nice touch.

Inside the caves, lighting looks too even if the game or monitor's brightness is high. It could use more contrast, with lighter and darker areas.

8:44 - places above and to the left from cave entrance look like reachable playable areas but blocked with invisible walls, which is disappointing.

16:10 - another out of place invisible wall.

The underwater river would look more natural if it had strong current that pushed the player back instead of an invisible wall, especially considering that the current is drawn with particles but is not physically present.

Navigation for enemies is not set up, making them stand on one place or run against walls and fall into chasms to their deaths.

But despite these flaws, overall the level looks great, very various, immersive, and a lot more packed with enjoyment than the whole original game ever was. Only the first level comes close to it thanks to destroyed village and church, which give sense of discovery, but everything else - same gray walls and houses seen everywhere else.
