Justice Barr said the victim was "accusing herself and deeply ashamed of Sluggett's crime." He said that the victim has been diagnosed with post -traumatic stress disorder since then and experienced suicide thoughts and feedback. "He believes that his life has lost a year - the period he took to continue."Said. Justice Barr sentenced Sluggett to five years and eight months in prison for a non -four -year parole.
