Welcome to episode number forty one of the Vainglory podcast Shatter The Vain. I’m Brad Chmielewski and this is a podcast all about the MOBA Vainglory created by Super Evil Megacorp.

Last week was an exciting one for Vainglory and Super Evil Megacorp! We got a new update to the game, they recently announced a new round of funding and we got word about the Vainglory International Premier League (IPL) starting August 16th. Not only is Super Evil Megacorp growing quickly but so is the community and the streaming scene. To go over all this news, I have xmaveric on with me. The two of us chat about patch 1.7, the price of changing your name and the welcome addition of Rona to the free hero rotation. We also go over a question that was sent into me about the price of heroes in the store.

If this episode didn’t already sound amazing, I have Greg Russo from Kamcord on for a little interview about their service. Kamcord is one of the mobile streaming services battling for you attention and they have already picked up a number of Vainglory streamers. If you’re thinking about starting to stream, give it a look and you might like what you see.

All that and more on this giant episode of Shatter The Vain. Thanks for listening and supporting the show. If you’re looking for more ways to support the show check out Shatter The Vain on Patreon. https://www.patreon.com/ShatterTheVain
