3Shattered Heaven (Demo) is a unique video game that combines card games and roguelikes to create a single-player deck builder with RPG elements, dungeon crawling, and a multi-branch narrative structure. The game features a 2D cartoon style with dark fantasy and Lovecraftian flavor, along with an epic soundtrack featuring opera singers.
Players can build their starting decks and customize them by drafting new ones during each run for a different experience every time. Slay epic monsters in procedurally generated dungeons and loot valuable treasures in tactical RPG fights, and use treasures and recipes to create and upgrade potions, weapons, and amulets with the innovative crafting system.
With an ambitious branching narrative influenced by players’ choices, Shattered Heaven offers a game with unique mechanics where each character has different ways to fight, which can be further customized through trinkets and the skill tree. The game also features a difficulty level and special effect that changes every time at the start of each dungeon, earning black bones to improve characters at the dark forge.
In the game's storyline, a forsaken world suspended in time and buried in ashes has been ravaged by a curse that has doomed its inhabitants to sleepless nights, infertility, and death at the age of 40. To break the curse, players must offer a Vestal and a team of valiant warriors as a sacrifice for a ritual known as the War of Ascension.
