Another recruit means more potential for resources once they're willing to go look. More resources means better items, more upgrades, and closer to the end. Though, that convoy is starting to look really good, we might hit that soon, especially considering that we should get some goodies from it like one or two bigger bags. I haven't run into any special recipes though but hopefully we'll start finding those soon, likely in that really big city.
