Shenhe is a character that I was planning to skip and I ended up pulling until a very painful C2 (lost 3 50/50s after soft pity and all the guaranteed pulls were after soft pity, so over 60k primos). After more than one year she's getting her first rerun, and during these 13+ months there hasn't been a single day in which I had regretted pulling for her. Her kit comes with a few limitations but I'd not trade her for any other character in the game.
