This is another one of those choose a side fights. In this case I think the answer is a fairly definitive side with Lilim but here's my reasoning.

Yes Principality has very strong holy magic, however Lilim is multiple levels higher and you can just teach her holy magic not to mention she will learn an Almighty skill later. The big boss of this place is supposed to be weak to light but has strong dark magic so it's up to you but I'd prefer Lilim here especially since we can fuse principality later on or just skip right to power.
