Mother Harlot seems to like opening the fight with Babylon Goblet, a party-wide Almighty attack that can inflict Confusion. Aside from that, she gets two Press Turns with which she can use Elec and Fire against you (But Trisagion pierces so just don't be weak to it) as well as Death Lust, an Almighty attack that can inflict Charm. Make sure to have at least one party member nullifying Elec so she loses turns with Maziodyne.
She also has quite the set of affinities, repelling Physical attacks, absorbing Elec, and resisting Fire, Light and Dark. Only one weakness to exploit, Force. But of course Almighty attacks also do the trick!
She also nulls Charm, so Cleopatra's Frolic is useless here, even if you have the DLC.

Defeating her unlocks her for fusion, she requires Pale Rider, Ishtar, and Legion for that and is level 64. Grabbing her essence to bestow her affinities to the Nahobino certainly isn't a bad idea if you've got that DLC...
