Motoasakusa is the location of one very particular Abscess, this one has four very standard enemies you're used to... but they're all at level 99!
But it's not as scary as it seems and being able to reflect physical attacks is a great help! Mother Harlot does that just fine with Taunt or Fierce Roar, but if you don't have the DLC, Siegfried does the same job.
As for dealing damage, the level difference will tank yours a lot, but Poison is your friend, and Fafnir is a great demon to exploit that with its base kit!
