Shiny Larvitar: 2nd Encounter #safariweek
4Hey, my name's Matt. I've been a shiny hunter for years but this is my first actual video that I've uploaded. (Just on my phone, nothing crazy.) This is my second encounter with Larvitar, might upload the video of the first sometime later.
A couple of years ago, I encountered this guy during Safari week 2021. It took one look at me, with a hungry glint in my eye and Safari Ball in hand, and bolted in the opposite direction (fled). Am I lucky enough to reclaim my good name and eke out the win this time around? Stay tuned...
Found in Club HG Safari Zone, using a Lv.40 repel trick to encounter only Larvitar, feat. MC Illuminate on the first mon in party and Dj White Flute to make encounters quicker. (Idk if the effects stack, just using both in case.)
Safari Week 2023, on the third day and my first shiny of the event.
