SHINY Pokemon RAID DENS - SEED Checking & Time Skipping EXPLOIT Exposed - CHEATING in Pokémon Sword
It's time for another video exposing cheating and hacking in Pokemon Sword and Shield: The Crown Tundra. As you all know on this channel I like to talk about and expose the vast variety of ways that people cheat in Pokémon. Anything from hacking Pokemon in pkhex or SYSBOT to stupid link names pokemon like machamps.com, pokeflash.co, mistuki.tv or pokegen.com is fair game. In this video specifically I take a look at a VERY COMMON cheat or exploit in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Date Skipping or Frame Skipping for those of you that have heard it said that way. Day Skipping is an exploit that has been in Pokemon Sword and Shield basically since the game released that allows a cheater to change the clock on the Nintendo Switch to basically force a day reset in game. Now this cheat is used FOR A NUMBER OF THINGS ranging from using the daily lottery to farm Masteballs to resetting the ground items and hunting things like Nature Mints on the Isle of Armor DLC. That said, the application of this that I'm going to talk about is the role in play in Dynamax or DMAX Raid Dens. By skipping days players have been using this as a way to shiny hunt Raid Den Pokémon which on its own wasn't a BIG deal. HOWEVER, the cheaters out there weren't satisfied with this slow but (mostly okay) method of shiny hunting so... as the do... the went and you know... cheated. SO, I'm here to expose how and explain concepts like SEEDs and Discord Bots that facilitate this cheating process in such a way that ruins all the fun from shiny hunting.
