Shooting Bullets By Playing Card Combos In This Card Battler Roguelike | Sweep Demo Gameplay
2Hello everyone! We continue with the demos from the Steam Next Fest. This is Sweep, a game that plays similarly to Zoeti and Balatro. It is described as a deckbuilder, but there is no deckbuilding at all... They just give you cards, and then you add relics or trinkets to them to try to improve your damage. Every turn you draw cards and you are supposed to play combos with them, but they are not the usual poker combos (they are similar, but you have to check them out). That's it... It is an idea that I know a lot of people enjoy, but it currently feels too unbalanced and you depend way too much on luck (and I think that even being lucky it is hard to get past the second boss).
If you tried it and beated the demo, let me know, because I am really curious if it is possible.
