Shootmania Storm and Shootmania Elite
0This video is about the beta for an upcoming game called Shootmania. It's designed to be very modular promoting a strong, community driven creation force. I know that the 4 way map that was used for DMing in this video was created by one of the guys playing on that server.
I sat in spec for this video to show the game and what it's about. Most of the video takes place with the Shootmania Storm type game going and at the end, you can see Elite. Elite puts one guy with an instagib style gun up against the whole other team running the normal gun. I think the game has a ton of potential as the game movements seem fast like Quake and there will likely be a robust amount of content created by the players. The graphics and movement flow do seem to make it hard to aim and be precise.
