This video contains footage of the quest to get into the Vale of Eternal Blossom and also a tour of the horde city there. The Shrine of Two Moons is the horde encampment within the zone and will be the "Dalaran/Shattrah" of MoP. It is not shared with the alliance as they will be in a different city. If you wish to see this cinematic by yourself, don't watch this video.

In order to get flying in MoP, you must first do some quests for the white tiger in the temple. He's up in Kun-Lai Summit. Once you do a few annoying and buggy fights for him, he goes and opens the gate into a sealed and supposedly pristine zone. From there, you can get to the Shrine of Two Moons and learn MoP flying and have a base to call home in the expansion.
