If you enjoy playing Outlander with Shotgonne Mastery and Rapid Fire/Venomous hail but don't like breaking boss fights, this mod is for you!

The purpose of this mod is to re-balance the Shotgonne Mastery skill by mitigating the infamous blind-locking that occurs particularly with Rapid Fire and Venomous Hail that can keep bosses from fighting back while still keeping the functionality and usefulness of the blinding effect as crowd control by allowing targets to gradually gain blind resistance as they are hit.

Note: This mod is balanced around Elite difficulty.
