After Using Her this is my personal review :
Skill 2 - S Tier for sure
Skill 3 - S- Tier
I have underestimated her alittle.
The main useful thing about her is that when she revies from her subsitute she has i-frames!
She's very useful thoughout storymode, event stages & IS espically with her low dp cost and she dosen't need a medic, So far S2 is the Best, S3 more for hitting fiercer Mobs. i would say if u don't have a good aoe guard u can build for her she makes the game alot eaiser but if u have blaze/mountian then it's best to skip her espically if u don't have resources & if u have blaze already, Gavial ALter is better due to her deleting even bosses compared to Specter Alter! Still i do not regret building her! Always farm for orundums if your out just incase the next standard banner has the operator u need.
Note : she's great for IS!
PS : i-frames = no dmg will be taken during the her revive animation.
