Should You Play Mass Effect Legendary Edition?
43Mass Effect Legendary Edition is finally here and I could not be more excited. I was able to complete and get through Mass Effect 1, and I have some thoughts on all of it. This is purely my thoughts and impressions and in no way a review or critique of it.
Overall, I think at least as Mass Effect 1 goes, it is a great upgrade that smooths out some of Mass Effect 1’s rough edges and amounts to a much more well rounded experience that is not the overhaul some people expected, but also enough where it makes the game infinitely easier to pick up and play.
It’s never going to effectively trick you into thinking it’s a brand new title or state of the art as it was in 2007, but it’s going to be a faithful recreation of the original.
