This is from a co-op playthrough with MechaRichter and romscout (with Kronicsauce commentating as well). This is a proof of concept that gem duping exists in Shovel Knight co-op. We didn't have much time to research this, so I'm sure there is a lot more potential exploration here.

We messed with this and screen transitioning while opening a chest (which usually leads to bad news bears or crashing), but did not get a chance to test dying while activating the blue chest cutscenes. Every glitch we've found so far is probably frame perfect, or at least extremely precise. Hopefully some Shovel Knight speedrunners have the chance to look into co-op bugs more!
