Shrike has the same velocity as Decimator
1The Shrike (Default NC Rocket Launcher) is supposed to have a muzzle velocity of 115 m/s
The Hawk (AA NC Rocket Launcher) is supposed to have a muzzle velocity of 100 m/s
The Decimator (NS Rocket Launcher) is supposed to have a muzzle velocity of 60 m/s
Here we see that the Shrike's velocity is the same (or nearly the same) as the Decimator.
The target is slightly over 100m away (The lightning)
Shrike time to hit = 2 Seconds.
Hawk time to hit = 1 Second.
Decimator time to hit = 2 Seconds.
Unless there is some sort of force acting against the Shrike while it's airborn that manages to decrease its velocity to below the Decimator's muzzle velocity, something is odd here.
Also I didn't test this with the other faction specific rocket launchers, but I assume there exists the same oddity.
