Beyond Good and Evil 2, which was first announced back in 2008 and got a big, flashy E3 trailer nine years later, is vaporware. In fact, the circumstances of its development eerily resemble what happened to the infamous hack job that was Duke Nukem Forever. And if Beyond Good and Evil 2 is ever to pull a Pinocchio and become a real game, it faces an uphill climb.
