Alright, this is my first time using sidebars, so it might not look professional.... so I would really appreciate some feedback.

Also, if you don't like the way the sidebars look now... don't worry. It'll probably look better in the actual walkthrough. I'll also keep a star count on one of the bars (probably the left one) and on the right bar, I'll display any boss, enemy, or power-up information. Alright, there you go!
