Back in Sierra's heyday, they would distribute digital Christmas greeting cards to major software and computer retailers for the business owners to put up on their computer screens in order to dazzle the customers with the cutting edge of video game graphics and audio technology. Experience the wonder of 1992's lovingly crafted VGA holiday cheer with a series of non-interactive vignettes, based around popular carols.
The NPCs are playing the 1992 Christmas Card using DOSBox, with General Midi audio.
Sierra Saturday is a weekly series on the Level 0 NPCs channel, where Matt & Luke relive their childhoods playing classic adventure games of the '80s and '90s (and beyond?). Sierra adventure games were a special breed of dark humor, brutally unfair puzzles and unforgettable characters, and we hope you enjoy this walk down memory lane with us.
