Follow the below steps:
1) Open any google app
2) Tap on the google profile photo from the top right
3) Select Manage Your Google Account
4) Go to the Security tab
5) Select Manage all Devices
6) Choose a device to sign out from
7) Tap on the Sign out button and confirm
8) That's all it takes to sign out remotely from your Google account on your phone.
