For a tutorial on how to install the game properly,with or without the mods,I advice to check up other Youtube videos that are really detailed and shows the process with a tutorial.If you wanna install the game in a classic way without a DVD burning,install Virtual Clone Drive and open the ISO file with that app.
The Enhanced Edition fix lot of issues,improves performance,reduce the crash issues,improves graphics and sound quality and more.Check up the official site for more infos.
All the stutterings and the frame drops are always MSI Afterburner recording issues,you can play the game almost perfectly when not recording on my same setup and Intel HD Graphics 2000.I know that someone could be triggered that I skipped the beautiful cutscenes or Intro (except the iconic first ones,appreciate it) but it was meant to be a fast benchmark to not make the video too long (my 20MB upload isn't that amazing).
