In the basement, pick up the Sub Machine Gun near the elevator (42:55). In the basement store room, use the Instant Camera to get the code to the door on the third floor (1:10:42). Answer the phone in room S12 to gain access to the Otherworld Hospital through the second floor (1:14:50).

In the Women's Locker Room of the Otherworld Hospital, grab the Plastic Bag from the trash can (1:33:55). Head back to Examination Room 4 on the 3rd floor and use the Plastic Bag on the bucket to get the Plastic Bag (With Blood) (1:41:29). Head down to the B3 basement and solve the puzzle using the shown diagram and matching up the numbers in the correct order to get the Cremated Key (1:42:50). Return to the 1st floor to use it.
