Turn around from the first save point in the church to get the Eye of Night Tarot Card (0:00). When you get to the hallway with the two Insane Cancer enemies, take the door on the right and grab the Cassette if you want (6:28). You can eventually use it in a later room to hear a conversation with Vincent (27:50). Taking the door on the left instead, watch and follow the footsteps of the crying girl, check the painting and move it to open another route (7:35). In the library, grab the Moon Tarot Card on the table (10:00). In the morgue, grab the Hanged Man Tarot Card (17:45). On the lower floor, follow the footsteps of the crying girl again to open another pathway to Alessa's hospital bed (19:30). Check the book on the chair to get the Fool Tarot Card. Head to Alessa's bedroom and pick up the Brass Key (22:25).
Head back to near the beginning of the Church to use the key. The room at the end of the hallway holds the High Priestess Tarot Card (30:53).

Return to Alessa's room and use the 5 tarot cards to unlock the door (34:05). The Hanged Man goes in the middle of the bottom row

After the cutscene where Claudia kills Vincent, use the gem in the Pendant in order to reject the god fetus (43:11).
