Once you activate the mirror mirror side quest, you will have to notice and correct 5 things you see different in the mirror.

1. Lamp
2. Open Dresser Drawer
3. Turn TV on
4. Rotate the painting
5. Light the candle

This should complete the mirror mirror side quest and earn you the Spot the Difference trophy/achievement.
