How well does Silent Hill F run on the Steam Deck OLED? In this performance test, I benchmarked the game using FSR3, FSR4, and Lossless Scaling Frame Generation (LSFG).

Here’s what I found:

FSR3: 30–40 FPS

FSR4: 30–35 FPS

With LSFG:
• Stable 55–60 FPS
• Up to 90 FPS with a 3× multiplier

The game runs surprisingly well and looks fantastic on the Steam Deck OLED. The combination of FSR4 + LSFG makes for a much smoother gameplay experience, and honestly, the game is a lot of fun to play handheld.
