2Silent Scope was a launch game and a port of the popular Arcade cabinet at the time that had a sniper rifle accesory to play the game with. The PS2 version didn't come with a lighgun, and was only playable with a controller, so it wasn't the same experience as the arcade. They would later release a really cool sniper rifle lightgun on the Xbox to play the sequels.
A lot of people don't know that not only can you use the dualshock 2 to play this game, but this is one of the handful of games that supports a USB mouse to play the game with. This makes moving and aiming a lot faster, that is, unless you are me and are still terrible at the game, even using a mouse to play it. See, it's not jusr FPS games like Half-Life, and Deus Ex that have mouse support.
