Silk - Oat Yeah oat milk latte taste test
11I'm slowly starting to take myself off of milk. And I make/drink lattes daily. So part of this, is to search for a good milk alternative, mainly to use in a latte. I plan on running tests on all types of milk substitutes, primarily to see how they do in the home barista world. There will be way more to come.
This particular oat milk was just ok. It didn't have a bad flavor, but you can tell immediately that you're drinking a milk substitute. It frothed up nicely, and blended well with the espresso. By the end of the latte however, the oat taste was more noticeable. I think it'd be a better cereal or cooking milk than used in a latte.
