[Silver 1] VOD Review for RabidShrew on Ana

Jinko Ana Paintball: 1DMTZ
Tryhard FFA: D9977
Sleep 'N Yeet: QKTTV
Ana Healing Trainer: A9B2N
Aim Training: VAXTA

"I feel like this game went pretty decently (I'm only silver 1 max rank so there's plenty of mistakes over all I'm sure), but at the same time I was told to swap off ana and do more healing. They only asked for me to swap at the end, but several times they asked for more healing. Was it a good balance? Should I go for more healing over all? Any other tips are appreciated. Thanks in advance!"

Fundamental things I think you need to work on:

- I think your mechanics could use some loving and polish right now. Your aim is holding you back right now and keeping you from executing the plays I see you wanting to make. I highly recommend using aim trainers and playing FFA matches to polish up on your aim. There are like a million workshop codes for aim training that you could Google. Another thing is that I don't think you quite have a grasp on how the anti-nade travels right now. I highly recommend unranked games to get more comfortable with her nade. Your sleep dart aim could also need some looking at right now. You didn't really hit many people in the game with it. Definitely could polish it up in an aim trainer, unranked, or FFA game.

- Your healing and damage balance is fine in my opinion. You're actually looking to do damage throughout your game which is fantastic to see. You just have to polish up your mechanics and you could easily tear through enemy teams. I think you could continue trying to DPS more often and stop healing teammates that are full. Damage should be, in my humble opinion, a higher priority than healing, however, do NOT let a critical teammate die because you were DPSing.

- You are taking wayyy too aggressive positions right now. There are times when you are in between your own tank and the enemy tank. This may be why your teammates were complaining about your healing because you were unaware of what was going on with them because you literally had to turn around to look at them here and there (my only theory and it's not that good tbh). Take more defensive positions that'll let you be safe AND make aggressive plays.

- So important I'll make a separate point for this. Use high ground more often. Right now it is underutilized and it is hurting your positioning.

- Another point that is so important is that you need to stop walking out into the open and respect the enemy team's LOS more. Right now you are walking out and taking so much unnecessary damage and spam. Use cover more often and only peek out when necessary.

- Make sure we are being aware of our own positioning in relation to the enemy team and to our team.

- Right now you are using your abilities without too much thought, especially your sleep dart and using nade to heal teammates unecessarily. Go through your replays and ask yourself for each abilitu use: Why did I use that there? Was it worth putting it on cooldown?

- Be aware that you are tunnel visioning often throughout your game, especially during team fights. Relax, stop panicking and look at the big picture. Planning ahead also helps you take more decisive action during these team fights. Ask yourself what you want to accomplish next fight, what is your win condition, and what the enemy team's win condition is.

- Start ult tracking. You're using your sleep darts when the enemy team had key ults that you could have prevented, especially the Reaper. Ask yourself which ultimates have been used so far, who might have them, and how they might position accordingly.
