EA has released info on Update 4.0 for SimCity 5, which was officially released on May 23. This news video contains all the latest news and info on the SimCity patch update, with a full list of all of the bugs and issues fixed in this patch. This patch reintroduces many of the features that were removed after the launch, and also adds a new region, Edgewater Bay, and a Launch Park.

Several things will be fixed with this free update from several aspects of the game, but it will not sadly see a removal or toning down of the always on DRM.
