Simple Numbers but with Toca Blocks - Educational Game for Kids Demo [iOS/Android]
Let's build simple numbers from 0 to 9 using the Toca Blocks educational app for Kids.
We re-discovered Toca Blocks after some time of inactivity on our iPad (it is also available on Android devices of course) so our efforts might seem a bit clumsy at first.
But we'll get better!
May this video serve as an example of how you can use apps such as Toca Blocks in a creative way in for IT, coding or even art class.

About the app:
World building sandbox /blocks app that lets you create and explore 2D block environments.
Use the blocks to build scenes with various elements (slides, trampolines, teleporting tunnels etc) then guide your Toca characters around and interact with blocks, created objects and fixtures.
What we liked: excellent concept. The option to combine blocks and explore this combinations (e.g. combine red block with water to obtain a cherry). Almost infinite possibilities of creating objects and whole worlds. Excellent set of tools. Cool visuals. Humor and fun factor. The option to save and share your creation. Excellent for students who are too young for Minecraft.
