Guys, welcome to my channel on Sims 4 again. In this video, I will show you another one of my house which i designed by myself since a month of playing Sims 4 as a beginner. This time i build the house on a 40 x 30 land at oasis springs and i decided to build the house into a multi-layered apartment style building decorated with lots of trees and plants that reflect environmental -friendly lifestyle. Please take note that i had included 2 rooms at the basement for leisure and the sims can view the swimming pool from the glass doors and there is another mini swimming pool on the top building and there is a rocket launchpad and a mini observation point on top of the roofs of the buildings at higher levels.Hope you all will get some ideas from my video on how to design your houses for your sims as well and thks for watching.
