Location: Brindleton Bay, Cavalier Cove, Hound's Head (64x64).

Off-the-grid house with Eco living appliances to generate electricity (as well as to collect water) and some electricity requiring thingies for when power surplus is made.

One bedroom (two more potentially, not furnished on purpose), one bathroom in the main house, one in the outhouse/sauna.

Other than mentioned houses, the lot also contains an unmaintained swimming pool and a fountain, broken fences and a maze, an empty gardening area, and a small pavilion.

I'm just figuring out the off-the-grid system for myself, and it seemed interesting to make a medium-sized house, that would give off an unkept, yet not completely abandoned vibe, and would be both cozy and livable (I made it for the playthrough I do on Twitch).

What's your impression from off-the-grid houses? Is is too tedious for sims to live there or is it a good challenge?
