In celebration of October 28 & the National Chocolate Day festivities, Sip & Snack went to Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen to try a special milkshake only available for that day.

Jacques' Chocolate Day Special is a rich concoction made up of both white & dutch chocolate ice cream with whip cream covered in oreo pieces, a chocolate steampunk gear garnish doused with powdered sugar & lastly the bane of Jerry Seinfeld's existance, a black & white cookie. The shake was $12 & the special National Chocolate Day plastic cup was only available for the day(it sold out around 7 pm) .
