Your K2 gear has arrived! Now we need to double check all the safety information before you hit the slopes. First, find your order confirmation. That will show you your boot size, ski size, pole length, your skier’s info, and the DIN setting on the bindings. First, make sure the skis, boots, and poles you received match the skis, boots, and poles on your order confirmation.
Next, verify you received the correct size boots. You can check the size of the boots in two spots, here… and here…. (showing mondo size and boot sole length). Next, let’s verify that the bindings were set correctly. The bindings have a visual indicator of the boot size they are set to. Make sure your boot sole length (this number) falls within the range on the size indicator. Next, verify the DIN setting matches the number on your order confirmation. There are 4 places to check, both toe pieces and both heel pieces. You should check all 4: here, here, here, and here.
