My goal for this trick was just to make this possible on every version of the game, so BrianMp16 can use this in his 100% Speed run!

The game normally freezes, when you pull out of Bombchu while being in a Void/Out of Bounds on the N64. Fortunately, there's a way to avoid this:
Make sure, that a unloaded room is under the place, where you want to pull out a Bombchu. The game always thinks, that you're still standing on the ground, because normally it's not possible to stand in midair. That means, that you can pull out Bombchus now, because you're actually not in a void.
