I've discovered this trick one week ago. It allows you to change your camera angle completely with only one bombchu. You can use the bombchus you use for bombchu hovering, so this doesn't waste any bombchus ;)

How to:
1. Go off Z-targetting mode by targetting a bombchu
2. Make Link walking a little pit to the Left/Right
3. Roll into this little sideways direction
4. Wait until the roll is nearly over
5. Press into the direction you want to choose
6. Press Z

You can also sidehop/backflip with the new camera angle before pressing Z in the end, so you can change the angle directly after that again.

In the end, I just show a place where this is useful.

This trick should save some bombchus on some hovers, especially on the Boss Key Skips ;)
